In this historic renovation we transformed an early 1900's Richmond, Virginia rowhouse into a handsome open concept home. Refined yet comfy, the living room features organic and modern furniture in two distinct seating areas, which we connected by removing two awkard columns that were added in the 80s. We honored the original architecture while updating the overall vibe with a minimalist color scheme and natural woods. The bookcases and round coffee table are both custom Bridget Beari designs. This project is a true reflection of our "living the mix" philosophy. HGTV featured this project’s before and after in their online magazine.
